Welcome to the Sound Receptors website, currently under construction! Sound Receptors is the the new regular Psychedelic Trance Party currently running in Cardiff with an underground party feel. The elevating sounds that are unique to psytrance, combined with our full UV decor, compelling live visuals, and friendly crowd give our parties a special atmosphere. Sound Receptors parties are organised and promoted by the promoting/DJ team, who have ran the Critical Mass parties in Cardiff over the previous 12 months. These were the first clubnights to regularly feature psytrance in Cardiff, that we ran with the Critical Mass Collective. The Sound Receptors Parties will always retain a room dedicated to psytrance (and when a 2nd room is available will feature Techno & Electro, house or Electronica & IDM). We will keep psychedelic trance as a regular fixture in Cardiff's clubland with quality guest DJs and producers, along with our residents, as well as venturing out of town in the UK & rumour has it - even abroad sometime...
